Startup Incubator ("we", "the service") provides automated startup idea evaluation, code generation, and distribution planning. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You need a valid email to create an account. You're responsible for your account activity. One account per person.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Depending on your plan tier, a revenue share (2-3%) applies to companies deployed using output from the service. Revenue share is calculated on gross revenue processed through payment systems set up via the service. Honor system at this scale — we trust our users.
You own your experiment specs, operator configs, and any code you download from the service. We retain a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service (e.g., research gate accuracy). We will never share your specific ideas or code with other users.
Research verdicts, code, and distribution plans are generated by AI. They are starting points, not guarantees. You are responsible for:
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that experiments will produce profitable businesses, that research verdicts are correct, or that generated code is production-ready. Use your own judgment.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing anna@startupincubator.dev.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
