Startup Incubator ("we", "the service") provides automated startup idea evaluation, code generation, and distribution planning. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You need a valid email to create an account. You're responsible for your account activity. One account per person.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Your subscription grants access to experiment creation, research gates, and build credits. Cancellation means you can no longer create new experiments or builds, but existing deployed products may continue running (see Section 8).
To deploy a company, you must connect your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Customer payments flow directly to your connected Stripe account. A platform fee (2-3% depending on your plan tier) is automatically deducted from each transaction as an application fee.
The revenue share continues for as long as the deployed product processes payments through the payment infrastructure set up via the service, regardless of your subscription status.
All code, infrastructure, configurations, and other output generated by the service is the intellectual property of Startup Incubator. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to operate and benefit from deployed products. This license may be revoked at the platform's discretion (see Section 8).
You retain ownership of the ideas, specifications, and operator configurations you submit. We will not share your submitted ideas with other users. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.
Research verdicts, code, and distribution plans are generated by AI. They are starting points, not guarantees. You are responsible for:
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that experiments will produce profitable businesses, that research verdicts are correct, or that generated code is production-ready. Use your own judgment.
Deployed products may continue running after subscription cancellation, provided the platform fee (revenue share) remains active. However, the platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any deployed product at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: terms violations, abuse, inactivity, or business decisions.
The platform may assume full operational control of any deployed product at its discretion. Resubscribing restores your ability to create new experiments and builds.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing anna@startupincubator.dev.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
